Resolution offers a confidential 1-2-1 mentoring scheme for YRes members.
The scheme has been established to provide confidential mentoring to YRes members, who may want individual professional support for their day-to-day practice, or for their longer-term career, or learning and development goals.
The scheme involves pairing up with a trained senior practitioner who can be a source of support on all sorts of matters including practice and time management.
Areas the mentoring scheme can assist with include (but are not limited to):
– Personal or professional support and a listening ear;
– Help with professional relationship issues;
– Help with complex or complicated client issues;
– Self-management;
– Career direction;
– Advice on making use of Resolution member resources (e.g. learning and development, use of Good Practice Guides and precedents); and
– Help to find other sources of support.
The mentoring support is available free to YRes members as a member benefit.
